Floating Boots?

Okay! I understand the floating telescope and breast armour but can someone enlighten me on the floating footwear?

I believe it means that the movement speed of the unit is hindered (ie.. river crossing, mud, marsh, ice, etc...)

You're right, Iron Chancellor. However, if the icon is yellow (I believe it was yellow) it means you have an advantage. For example when you go downhill you will be able to run faster.
