winrar use

I am familar with explorer, winzip on XP(modding CFS2), the new mod I have downloaded but stumped on where the info goes. Can anyone point me in the right direction? (Help please) This is the best all around PC game I have ever played.

If you're looking for WinRAR you can get it at http://www.rarlabs.com under Downloads.

Otherwise, you need to clarify a few things.

have you unpacked your Daata.pak and text.pak files, you can open them with winrar, then you can unpack the folders from the files into your ig folder
